Professional relationship and sexuality coaching designed for Christian couples seeking deeper connection and fulfillment
in their marriage.
About Deborah ...
Hi, I'm Deborah! I offer professional support to help couples deepen their connection, improve communication, around difficult subjects, and overcome barriers to mutually satisfying sexual intimacy. If you are feeling stuck, you are in the right place to receive support.
Understanding the Patterns
of Disconnect
My approach is informed by both clinical training and real life. Having personally navigated divorce, profound personal growth, and remarriage, I know firsthand the pain of a broken connection and the beautiful reality of a restored one. Over the years, I facilitated a support group for divorced singles and engaged in hundreds of extensive, one-on-one conversations with divorced men and women. These experiences provided me with deep, practical insight into the specific patterns that lead to relational and sexual breakdown. Today, I use those insights to help you identify blind spots and make progress before those patterns take root. For those who have been stuck in ruts for many years, there is a path forward for you as well. For engaged and newlyweds, I can help you set the foundation for a comprehensively functional, peaceful, and joyful relationship right from the start (the kind of support I and many others wish they had received from the very beginning).

Frequently Asked Questions
My spouse is hesitant to paticipate.
Can I do this alone?
While a thriving marriage ultimately requires the engagement of both partners, meaningful change can absolutely begin with one. After all, the only person we can truly change is ourselves, and when we do, the dynamics of a relationship inevitably begin to shift. If your spouse is not yet ready to participate, individual coaching can still help you develop stronger communication skills for navigating difficult conversations and situations, work through past wounds, build confidence, and learn new ways of relating to your spouse both in and out of the bedroom. You will also have support as you grow in your own awareness, behavior, and perspective. Often, the growth of one partner is enough to begin changing the tone, patterns, and possibilities within a marriage.
Will it be awkward to talk about
our sex life with a stranger?
It is completely normal to feel nervous or awkward when first opening up about personal issues. Many clients, however, find it easier to talk about intimate subjects with a professional who is not part of their everyday life. My goal is to create an atmosphere of genuine emotional safety—free from judgment or shame—where you can speak openly and honestly. We move at your pace, and I guide the conversation carefully so that each of you feels respected, understood, and truly heard.
Is this licensed therapy or coaching?
I provide professional relationship and sexuality coaching. My work is informed by extensive study, research, training, life experience, and years of helping individuals and couples navigate challenges related to emotional connection and sexual intimacy.
Coaching focuses on practical skills, present relationship dynamics, and meaningful forward progress. Rather than diagnosing or treating mental health conditions, I work with clients to strengthen communication, deepen connection, develop healthier patterns of intimacy, and achieve more passion and connection within their marriage.
Are your services only for Christians?
While my coaching is grounded in traditional faith-based principles, I welcome couples from all backgrounds who desire deeper connection, greater passion, and greater harmony in their relationship and who are comfortable with this coaching framework. The principles, skills, and methodologies I teach are widely applicable and can benefit couples from many different backgrounds who are committed to strengthening their marriage.
Where do the sessions take place?
All online sessions are conducted via a secure, private Zoom link provided upon booking. For clients in the Providence, Utah area, local in-person sessions may
be available upon request.
Do you accept health insurance?
Because I operate as a professional coach rather than a licensed medical therapist, I do not bill health insurance. This also ensures your sessions remain completely private and off your permanent medical record.
